The commencement of this light novel series revolves around a sacred fighter who is called upon from a different realm to conquer a demonic monarch. Accompanying the holy warrior is Ares, a priest who is directed to aid him. Ares is taken aback by the members of the team comprising a magician restricted to using spells of fire, a sword combatant who recently moved schools, and the holy warrior, who oftentimes acts before thinking.
